Insane Warrior training regimen: Three mile run under 19 minutes, then 200 shots all around, and finally 100 rip shots.

I get hyped by: Running and Watching "The Keeper" on Youtube. Type in "lacrosse the keeper" to se the greatest movie ever. Even if your not goalie its still is amazing. The final three minutes are footage of goalies running it up and scoring!

Where I'll be Friday night: I'll be laying out some puny attackman or using my mad speed skillz to run the ball up.

Favorite Warrior Gear of all time: ALLOY 6000 and the new Irish shaft.

UF only has a club lacrosse team, so there really are no scholarships or anything for lacrosse. As far as east vs. west coast, i have no idea how different they are.
