these work great if your a d-man but DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU R ANYTHING ELSE!!!!!!! it will suck!

These are so nice if you are a defender and your current elbow pads are bothering you. They are almost not even there, ultra comfortable and fairly protective against blows to the elbow
